Summary
If you’re short on time, this adventure serves up the colours, culture, and wildlife of Kenya in four incredible days. Journey across the rolling plains and through the acacia trees of the legendary Masai Mara in search of Africa’s ever-elusive "big five." Our 4x4 safari vans are designed for wildlife viewing and are an adventurous and affordable way to see the wonders of the area. While wilderness camping in permanent tents you hear the sounds of the planet’s most amazing animal life. The varied wildlife of the Mara and culture of the local Masai people all come together on this adventure to provide a spectacular safari experience.
Itinerary
Day 1
Nairobi
Arrive at any time. There are no planned activities until an evening welcome meeting.
Day 2
Nairobi/Masai Mara
Journey through the Great Rift Valley on the way to one of the most famous national parks in Africa. Enjoy a late afternoon wildlife safari drive in the hopes of spotting the "big five". Travel from Nairobi, through the Great Rift Valley on to Kenya's premier wildlife reserve. In the afternoon, arrive in the area and get settled at the safari camp, our base for our time here.
Head out for a late afternoon wildlife safari drive with excellent chances of seeing the "big five" — watch for lion, cheetah, buffalo, elephant and giraffe. The varied wildlife and natural environment come together to provide a spectacular safari experience.
Day 3
Masai Mara
Enjoy an early wildlife safari drive when animals are most active. Opt to visit a Masai village, learn to dance like a warrior, stop in the manyatta (family compound) and learn about this nomadic culture. Opt to go for a balloon safari for a new perspective over the beautiful landscape. Pre-book on the checkout page to include this optional activity on your tour or ask your GCO or travel agent for assistance.
Day 4
Masai Mara/Nairobi
Enjoy one last safari drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve before departing for Nairobi, where the tour ends upon arrival. Breathe in the fresh morning air, stretch and enjoy the African sun as it rises over the savannah of the "Mara". Visit a watering hole while on a morning safari drive, a perfect time and place for wildlife photography.
Visit the G for Good supported Amani Ya Juu for lunch, before heading back to Nairobi, where the tour ends on arrival in the late afternoon.

Customer reviews & ratings
Very enjoyable. Made even better by Caroline and Bernard who were fantastic Bernard and Caroline were amazing tour guides. They were truly the best. They are the reason we had such a good time.
Samuel Sep, 2024 VerifiedWe had a very small group (3 pax) what guaranteed us a lot of space and a great view on the animals. We also had a nice room in the camp. But the best on our trip were our great guide (Gilbert) as well as our driver (Joseph). They did their jobs in a very professional and competent way. We always felt save and confortable!
